Nigerian musician Kiss Daniel has changed his stage name to Kizz Daniel . The singer is yet to make an announcement but he has made changes to his official social accounts. The singer departed from his former label G-Worldwide left amid uncertain legal circumstances that’s seen some of his recent songs removed from music stores. The reason for the removal is because his ex label G-Worldwide allegedly “own” the stage name “Kiss Daniel ” and as such the singer cannot trade under it after leaving the label in the cold. Kiss Daniel initially started trading with “Kiss Daniel & FLY BOY INC” but it appears he has either grown tired of that or legal issues still stops him from using the former part of the combination. Davido’s name has been linked to cult activities in South Africa. The singer has been accused of sponsoring Romeo, the Nigerian man who was recently killed in a cult clash in SA. It was recently reported that a Nigerian man named Romeo lost his life in a South African cult clash. New report has it that Romeo’s death was a retaliation by loyalists of another late Nigerian man named Aro, who was killed in SA a while ago. A certain @Culbary Williams made a post on social media, narrating how the late Romeo worked for Davido and how the singer tasked him to make a kill that eventually led to his (Romeo’s) death. In reaction to the post, another social media user confirmed the story and broadened the narrative, warning Davido to be careful, especially whenever he is in SA, because he (Davido) is a hard target for cult members in the country. Phyno releases a fan-centric video for Onyeoma Hip-Hop artiste, Phyno has released the video for his single; “Onyeoma” featuring Olamide. This is a fan-centric video that shows the relationship between fans and their favourite acts on social media. The opening scene sees the two artistes bouncing ideas on the direction the video should take. They come up with different concepts before deciding to use video clips created by fans on social media. The video is a compilation of the best comedic skits from Instagram that properly interprets the lyrics of the song which is about being generous to good people around you. It was recently reported that Davido lied about owning a private jet. It was said that he only has fractional ownership of the jet but he spinned the full-ownership story to give his brand an increased value. The DMW man has now reacted to the story, reiterating that he owns the air craft 100%. Multiple reports had it that the story about Davido buying a private jet is all about social media hype. It was said that the singer entered an agreement to purchase the air craft but his ‘financial commitment in the arrangement is meagre while the major financiers have chosen to play down their involvement to give Davido conceded prominence.’ Davido has come out to debunk the story.
